Our Team!

The Managing Director has over 30 years in STEM education with management experience up to Deputy Headship, he has been involved in many aspects of STEM education including being a published author of STEM materials, Lecturer in Science Education, Professional development leader in science education, Enthuse partnership advisor, STEM PDL Level 2 and the only person to be a Rolls Royce schools prize finalist twice. He has been commended on his leadership and management in many Ofsted reports and has worked with a number of Universities and Science Institutions across the UK.

The Creative Director has had years of experience of being a Change Broker for the University Centre Shrewsbury and the University of Chester and the European Erasmus + programme One of her aims was to be responsive to the needs of her community – acting as a catalyst for economic growth and prosperity, and seeking to maximise the potential of the county of Shropshire, its citizens, communities and businesses – this lead to her being published in the National Institute of Health and National Library of medicine, One of the highlights of her work has been working with people of all ages and backgrounds – from primary school children, through to secondary and onto further education as well as lifelong learners and vulnerable adults – She is an experienced business leader of many years and is well versed in growing businesses and adding capacity.
